Phillip G. Borrelli
Phillip G. Borrelli is a Rochester, New York-based attorney and concentrates his practice on nonprofit organizations, affordable housing, commercial real estate, and tax credit financing specifically low-income housing tax credit and historic tax credit transactions. He is admitted to practice in New York and received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.
Phillip lives in Rochester with his wife, Andrea, and son, Daniel.
Jason A. Yots
Jason has been a tax credit development attorney since 1996 and presently focuses his practice on historic preservation and community economic development law. Since 2008, Jason Yots also has been a principal and the President of Preservation Studios, a Buffalo-based historic preservation consulting firm. Most recently, Jason started a real estate development firm called Common Bond Real Estate to pursue the rehabilitation of historic buildings in Legacy Cities.
